Information you choose to share
Inquiry and reservation forms request contact and business details. The intended purposes are responding to questions and managing participation in a market.
Vendor registration and reporting
The reservation form collects your contact name, email, business name, legal business/owner name, mailing address, phone number, products, and Utah SSE registration status and number. These details support your booking and preparation of Utah special-event vendor reports. Applicable vendor details may be provided to the Utah State Tax Commission.
Vendor details are stored in the private server database. SSE numbers are excluded from routine vendor and organizer confirmation emails, Stripe checkout metadata, and public confirmation responses. Authorized organizers can export vendor records through private hosting administration. Do not enter your Social Security number or federal EIN in the SSE field.
Payment information
Payments should be handled through the connected payment provider’s hosted checkout. Do not send card numbers through our contact form.
Required before launch
The final policy must identify the operator and privacy contact, explain the actual booking and email providers, retention periods, applicable rights, and any cookies or analytics used. These details depend on the services connected at deployment.
